Berserker is good only in end mid to late game 7 ) I feel like they have made game only till level 20 after that you start to get some issues. There is not enough items that can Heal you while dealing damage to enemies, i believe 2 items at most at 2 % heal rate i guess. 6 ) Berserker is quite bad cause boss jumps / leaps from place to place in 2 seconds, he is slow and by the time he strikes twice boss would evade and you must have strong gear for him.
